- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This branch wouldn't notarize anything for members that wasn't BB&T related. I've never encountered that with any other BB&T branch, which have notarized many things for us over the years we've been customers. Most of those things weren't bank related but they always provided that service to us as members. As far as I'm aware most banks will notarize non bank related documents for customers as part of their service. Evidently, this one is the exception.
